Managing Editor and Board Member

Mallory Chesser is a board member and managing editor of Story|Houston. She has an MFA in fiction from Texas State University. A fan of Southern writers, humor, and magical realism, Mallory pays particular attention to quality of prose and enjoys an element of the ridiculous. Her stories and essays have appeared in Electric Literature, Moon City Review, and Sunspot Literary Journal.
