Co-Founder, Vice President and Editor

David Monroe is the Co-Founder, Vice President and an Editor of Story|Houston. He received his B.A. in English from Washington and Lee University, where he served on the editorial staff of Shenandoah: The Washington and Lee University Review. During that time he also interned at Gulf Coast, Houston’s premier literary magazine. Upon graduating, he taught high school English in Japan through the country’s JET Program. He is now the Managing Editor of The Lead Sports.
